Mannat is stunned to see the nurse and compounder physically assaulting Susheela. She immediately intervenes and demands an explanation. The nurse lies, claiming that Susheela is mentally unstable, had tried to escape, and they were only restraining her. Mannat refuses to believe them and accuses them of intentionally hurting Susheela. Just then, Susheela collapses after whispering Dhairya’s name, leaving Mannat deeply alarmed.
Angry and suspicious, Mannat threatens the nurse and compounder and orders them to call Dhairya. The compounder tries to intimidate her into staying silent, making Mannat even more certain that something terrible is being hidden in the hospital.
Meanwhile, at the Mezbani event, Vikrant oversees the arrangements. Laksh tells him that Mannat wanted to prepare some dishes herself but got busy, so he took over. Vikrant becomes uneasy, fearing Mannat and Dhairya may be together. He calls Dhairya, who claims he’s on duty. At that moment, Vikrant overhears Shruthi speaking to kids about gifts, making him suspect Dhairya is lying.
At the venue, Mallika and Vishaka arrive to carry out their plan against Neetu. Shalini spots them and lies that Vikrant has already left. Mallika insists she saw him nearby, but Shalini quickly covers up. Realizing Mannat is unreachable, Shalini resolves to stop Mallika from finding Vikrant at any cost.
Mannat Uncovers Shocking Truth About Vishaka’s Role in Susheela’s Condition
Back home, Neetu is weighed down with guilt for hiding the truth from Vikrant. Roni comforts her, assuring her that Vikrant could never stop loving her. He reminds her that no one could be a better mother than she has been.
At the hospital, the nurse tries to block Mannat from leaving. Just then, Dhairya arrives. Mannat tells him everything — how the nurse and compounder were about to inject Susheela with something harmful. Shocked, Dhairya rushes to his unconscious grandmother and breaks down. He threatens the staff, who then panic and reveal that Vishaka ordered them to inject Susheela every day without caring whether she lived or died.
Dhairya refuses to believe it and accuses them of lying. At that moment, Susheela slowly wakes up and confirms the truth. She tells Dhairya that Vishaka is not the person he believes — she has never been a good wife or mother. She reveals that Vishaka had tried to kill her, and she survived only by God’s grace.
Later, Mannat explains everything to Dhairya:
• Vishaka had forced Roni into a deal after he left
• She wanted the entire property in her name
• She never cared for Vikrant — only for wealth
Susheela then reveals the most heartbreaking truths:
• Roni had arranged money for Dhairya’s father’s surgery, but Vishaka stopped it, leading to his death
• Vishaka sold Vikrant for fifty lakh rupees and then framed Susheela to cover her crime
Dhairya is shattered and filled with regret for ever trusting his mother.
Meanwhile, Mallika spots Vikrant’s car near the venue and realizes Shalini lied. Determined to reach him, she rushes ahead. Shalini, desperate to stop her, throws ice cubes on the floor. Mallika slips and falls badly, and her phone skids into the pool, sinking out of sight.
