The episode begins with Roni apologizing to Vikrant, explaining that everything they did was for his sake—to express his love. Confused, Vikrant asks why Roni is crying and apologizing. Neetu appears worried, and Shruthi asks what’s wrong. Vikrant explains that he fainted earlier and doesn’t remember anything after the incident. He asks Neetu to rest. Mannat then urges Neetu to tell Vikrant the truth.
Later, Neetu insists that Vikrant must recover soon and marry Mannat. Afterward, Mannat confronts Neetu about hiding the truth from Vikrant. Neetu says she had planned to tell him but lost the courage when she discovered that Vikrant no longer remembers his childhood. She believes it’s God’s will to keep it that way. Mannat disagrees, saying it’s not divine will but Neetu’s decision. She argues that they shouldn’t hide such a big truth from Vikrant, as starting a relationship based on lies would only hurt him.
Neetu warns Mannat not to reveal anything. She emotionally blackmails her, threatening to end her life if Mannat dares to tell Vikrant the truth. When Mannat protests, Neetu insists she isn’t bluffing—she will truly kill herself if Mannat disobeys. Mannat is left in a painful dilemma.
Meanwhile, Dhairya tends to Vikrant, wishing he could regain his childhood memories but not wanting to pressure him. He blames his mother for trying the wrong methods to restore Vikrant’s memory. As he gives Vikrant his medicine, Vikrant asks about Vishaka, leaving Dhairya puzzled as to why he’s suddenly thinking of her.
Elsewhere, Vishaka takes Susheela back to the Happy Old Age Home. Despite Susheela’s pleas to be freed, Vishaka scolds the nurse for negligence and orders her to give Susheela a strong sedative. When the nurse warns that it could kill her, Vishaka coldly says she doesn’t care—Susheela is of no use and dangerous if she speaks out.
Mannat Faces Neetu’s Emotional Ultimatum as Secrets Threaten to Unravel
Mallika then calls Vishaka to inform her that Vikrant hasn’t regained his memory yet. Suspicious, Mallika questions whether Vishaka told her the full truth and doubts Vikrant’s accident story. Vishaka defends herself, but Mallika insists they need a new plan.
At home, Mannat confronts Mallika, accusing her of manipulating things to free Aishwarya from jail. She vows not to let that happen, calling Mallika a criminal like her mother. Dhairya arrives, and they argue. Mannat demands that Aishwarya be sent back to jail, but Dhairya dislikes being ordered around and tells her to focus on Vikrant instead. Furious, Mannat warns that if he doesn’t act, he’ll face her worst side.
Mallika later manipulates the situation by telling Vikrant she saw Mannat in Dhairya’s room. When Vikrant questions her, Mannat lies that she was with Shruthi. Vikrant admits he’s beginning to recall fragments of his past. Mannat wants to tell him the truth but remembers Neetu’s threats.
In the closing scene, Neetu once again threatens to slit her wrist if Mannat speaks out. Terrified, Mannat manages to calm her down, torn between her love for Vikrant and her promise to Neetu.
