The episode begins with Leela saying she does not wish to attend Mahi’s haldi ceremony. Pakhi explains that she skipped the mehndi event only because she didn’t want to leave Ishani alone. Paritosh adds that going to the Kothari house after everything that has happened would be unwise. Anupama listens and says everyone has a valid point, but the haldi is for Mahi, and they should attend for her sake alone. Leela calls the Kotharis arrogant, but Anupama reminds her that they should not become like them and convinces the family to go.
Pari requests Anupama to give Mahi her gift since she’s unable to go. Just then, Raja arrives, surprising Pari. Anupama asks if the Kotharis are aware of his visit. Rahi says no and insists there is nothing wrong, as Raja and Pari truly love each other.
Anupama cautions them that if the Kotharis find out, there may be more misunderstandings. Leela supports Anupama. Anupama advises Raja and Pari to give the Kotharis time to accept their relationship. Raja states he cannot live without Pari and will return for her. Anupama warns Rahi to stop encouraging risky decisions. Rahi argues, but Anupama calmly makes her understand.
Meanwhile, Vasundhara and Parag question Raja and Rahi about their whereabouts. Rahi lies that they were out shopping. Vasundhara grows suspicious, but Prem intervenes to cover for them. Later, Prem tells Rahi she shouldn’t have taken Raja to the Shah house. Rahi explains her intentions, and both share a moment of understanding. Prem admits he is stressed and walks away.
The Shahs attend Mahi and Gautam’s haldi. Vasundhara taunts them, but Leela gives a sharp reply. Anupama offers shagun to Mahi, and Vasundhara mocks the gift. Leela remarks that she may keep it or pass it on, as they often do.
Tensions Rise at Mahi’s Haldi as Anupama Tries to Maintain Peace
During the ceremony, Rahi applies haldi to Gautam, which annoys Vasundhara. Rahi replies that rituals are about blessings, not rules. Mahi taunts Kinjal and Paritosh, saying Pari’s mistake would have ruined the event if she had attended. Vasundhara supports the remark. Hasmuk tells Anupama the Kotharis have not forgiven Pari yet. Anupama imagines exposing Gautam in front of everyone.
The families then dance together. Anupama notices Prem looking tense and asks if everything is alright. Prem says he is just busy and asks Anupama to tell Rahi not to disturb him. Anupama senses something is wrong between Prem and Rahi. Later, Prarthana approaches Anupama, expressing fear that her relationship with Ansh might also suffer someday, and requests Anupama to speak to him.
