The episode begins with Ajay meeting Tulsi and informing her that their first assignment has been successfully completed. Ajay expresses sympathy for Pari, but Tulsi says that Pari is facing punishment for her sins and will eventually get a chance to redeem herself.
Subhash praises Ranvijay’s sharp thinking and tells him that he saw Ajay with Tulsi. Ranvijay is shocked to hear this and immediately instructs Subhash to follow them and report back on what they are planning.
Ajay takes Tulsi to his factory to show her the consignment, with Subhash secretly following them. Ranvijay later asks Subhash what Ajay and Tulsi are doing there.
Tulsi appreciates Vaishnavi’s hard work and says she is proud of the girls. Vaishnavi replies that Angad and Ajay have helped them immensely.
Ajay and Subhash enter the factory, but Subhash is unable to clearly hear the conversation. He decides to hide and listen carefully. Ranvijay hides inside a tempo and learns that the saree consignment has been completed. Tulsi comes to inspect the tempo, but suddenly the lights go out, making the girls suspicious. Ajay reassures everyone and tells Naveen to send the consignment to the exporter. Tulsi personally thanks Ajay. Meanwhile, Ranvijay plans to seize control of the consignment and assigns Subhash to carry out his plan.
Ritik arrives to collect a file, but Ranvijay stops him and demands the Mehta Group file. Ritik tells him to stay within his limits. Ranvijay insults Ritik, calls him frustrated, and makes derogatory remarks about Mitali’s character. He even provokes Ritik to raise his hand against his wife, but Ritik firmly replies that his mother never taught him to harm women. Ritik warns Ranvijay not to provoke him further, and Noina intervenes to stop the argument.
Noina asks Ranvijay what is going on. Ranvijay assures her that she will not regret trusting him and reminds her that he once helped her too. He informs Noina that Tulsi has completed the order. Noina refuses to believe it, but Ranvijay confirms that the order has been completed in Mumbai with Ajay’s help. Noina grows worried. Ranvijay then offers his help, saying he will manage things in a way that delays Tulsi’s order.
Ranvijay instructs Subhash to keep an eye on the tempo and stop the Bandhej consignment.
Noina tells Parth to get the setup ready, leaving him surprised, but she firmly orders him to follow her instructions. She then tells Mihir that she will soon secure Tulsi’s order, adding that Tulsi is currently busy with a court case. Mihir praises Noina’s cleverness. Noina confidently states that Tulsi will fail to complete the consignment. When Mihir asks how Tulsi will handle the loss, Noina says she plans to arrange a meeting with the company’s MD. Mihir expresses his faith that Noina will successfully bring in the order.
Vaishnavi grows restless because Ajay hasn’t returned, and Tulsi anxiously waits for the tempo. Ranvijay calls Subhash to execute the plan and stays connected with him through a video call as Subhash follows the tempo. The tempo is stopped, petrol is sprayed on it, and the consignment is set on fire. Ranvijay watches as the tempo burns.
Tulsi senses something is wrong, and Angad informs her about the fire involving the tempo. Ranvijay passes the news to Noina, who is pleased to hear it.
Soon after, Vaishnavi informs Tulsi that the tempo has arrived, and Ajay assures her that everything is fine. Ajay says he will explain later. Tulsi successfully delivers the first consignment. When Tulsi asks Ajay what really happened, he tells her that he had been informed someone was trying to target their tempo.
Bandhej receives the ₹10 lakh saree order, leaving Noina disappointed as her expectations are completely shattered.
