The episode begins with Anupama pleading with Vasundhara to forgive Pari, explaining that children sometimes make mistakes. However, Vasundhara refuses to listen. Meeta criticizes Pari, claiming she’s neither a good wife nor a good daughter-in-law and insists she won’t accept her back. When Rahi tries to speak up, Vasundhara sternly tells her to stop acting like an ideal daughter instead of a daughter-in-law. Anupama calms Rahi down and asks her to stay silent. Pari tearfully requests Vasundhara for another chance. Leela also pleads for forgiveness, calling Pari emotional, while Parag remarks that their family has suffered too. He adds that neither Ishani nor Pari deserve any sympathy. Meeta stands firm, saying Pari has no place in Raja’s life. Heartbroken, Pari leaves in tears.
Anupama urges the Kotharis to resolve the issue peacefully, but Vasundhara dismisses her, saying it’s a family matter. Mahi attempts to mediate between both families, but Parag abruptly rejects her alliance with Gautam. When Mahi asks for an explanation, Khyati questions how she can fall for the family’s ex–son-in-law. Mahi boldly replies that Gautam being an ex–son-in-law doesn’t change her feelings. In frustration, Parag declares he’ll divide the property so everyone can make their own choices.
Mahi asserts that she’ll find happiness with Gautam. Khyati challenges her, asking how she could move on from Aryan so quickly. Mahi confesses she’ll never forgive Aryan, but she doesn’t want to live in loneliness either. Prem warns her that Gautam is manipulating her, but Mahi defends him, saying he’s changed. She questions Vasundhara’s actions — if Gautam is truly bad, why did she bring him back? And if he’s good, why stop their marriage?
Meeta mocks the Shah family, calling them foolish for bringing three daughters into one household. She taunts that Pari disrespects her in-laws, Rahi is argumentative, Mahi is shameless, and Ishani is a blackmailer. Vasundhara declares that while the Kothari daughters-in-law can’t call them “mother,” they must show due respect.
Anupama Faces Family Turmoil as Mahi Chooses Love Over Legacy
Vasundhara then turns to Gautam and asks for his decision. He asks Mahi if she’s certain about her choice. Mahi openly confesses her love for him. Gautam requests Anupama’s blessings, but she refuses, expressing her strong disapproval of Gautam. She advises Mahi to seek permission from Parag, Khyati, or Vasundhara instead. Anupama pleads with Parag to protect Mahi from a wrong decision.
In a shocking twist, Vasundhara suddenly agrees to Mahi and Gautam’s marriage, leaving the Shah family stunned. She also announces that Pari and Ishani will be banned from attending the wedding. Hasmuk, however, decides to take charge of the wedding arrangements.
Meanwhile, Gautam secretly rejoices as his plan succeeds. He vows to take revenge on the Shahs, settle scores with Anupama, and secure his place within the Kothari empire.
