The episode begins with Chandraman confronting Anjali in front of everyone. He accuses her of threatening to ruin Yuvraj and Mehek’s marriage and claims she planned to present Padma in court. Chandraman further alleges that Anjali blackmailed him and took ₹20 lakhs from him. At that moment, Pankaj steps out of the Awasthi house carrying a briefcase full of cash.
Anjali furiously denies the accusation, calling Chandraman a liar. Chandraman then asks Ganesh to reveal where the money was found. Ganesh tells everyone it was discovered in Anjali’s room. Enraged, Ganesh slaps Anjali repeatedly and accuses her of taking bribes from Chandraman. He mocks her pride, saying if she needed money, she could’ve gone to the Rajput family—but her ego wouldn’t let her.
Anjali turns to Pankaj, demanding he tell the truth and asking why she would ever kidnap Padma. Pankaj coldly replies, “For ₹20 lakhs.” Shocked and furious, Anjali grabs his collar and spits on his face, calling him a sellout. Chandraman orders Pankaj to arrest her immediately and take her to court.
Raghav, Sadhika, and Abhay arrive, pretending to sympathize with Anjali. Raghav assures her that he’ll fight her case in court, but Ganesh sternly forbids it. When Raghav questions who else would defend her, Anjali snaps, telling him to stop pretending. As she tries to approach him, Abhay blocks her path. Eventually, Pankaj escorts Anjali to the police station. Sadhika smugly thinks that with Anjali out of the way, both the case and the marriage will proceed smoothly.
Abhay comforts Chandraman, assuring him that no one has ever defeated them, before leaving the scene. Chandraman then orders Pankaj to interrogate Anjali and force her to reveal Padma’s location. Bhajan threatens her too, prompting Anjali to slap him and remind him not to underestimate her.
Pankaj warns Anjali that she cannot take the law into her own hands. Anjali pleads with him to let her go to court. Soon after, Raghav, Aarti, Sadhika, and Abhay arrive at the police station. Raghav smugly tells Anjali she doesn’t need to go to court since he’s already arranged her bail and insists she return with them to the Rajput mansion. Anjali refuses. When Aarti questions her defiance, Anjali slaps her and says she knows nothing about the Rajput family.
Just then, Gaurav appears and declares that the slap was meant for Raghav, Sadhika, and Abhay. Abhay angrily tells him to watch his words, but Gaurav mocks their fake concern and acting skills. He warns Anjali not to enter the Rajput mansion. Sadhika then whispers to Anjali that if she truly wants to find Padma, she must come to the Rajput house—where she’ll be reduced from a lawyer to a maid.
After they leave, Anjali receives a video message from Pankaj showing him taking money from Chandraman, along with a note assuring her that he hasn’t betrayed her and is still searching for Padma. He urges her to keep looking too. Convinced, Anjali decides to go to the Rajput mansion.
Meanwhile, Padma desperately bangs on a locked door, begging to be released. The Rajyavanshi family scolds her for causing trouble, insisting she must stay hidden so they can win the case. When Padma demands to know what they mean, Sonal coldly tells her to stay quiet.
Reluctant but determined, Anjali enters the Rajput mansion in search of Padma. Sadhika stops her from going upstairs and orders her to clean the house if she wants any information. Despite her anger, Anjali has no choice but to agree—swallowing her pride to uncover the truth.
